FastenersOnline.com stands behind the quality of everything we sell. If you are unsatisfied with the products you received for any reason you may return them within 30 days of purchase.
You must contact us via email to request a Returns Authorization number prior to shipping anything back to us. Without this number we cannot process your return. Once this number has been issued and your product received the entire purchase cost will be returned to you minus original shipping costs.
Any claims dealing with shortages or incorrect shipments must be presented within ten (10) days of delivery.
